All Orders will be delivered by S.F. Express or our in-house logistic team.
We offer free delivery on order HKD1,000.00 or above.
Order below HKD1,000 will be charged per item at Flat rate HKD60.00
For in-stock items, orders will usually be ready to ship within 7-14 working days, we will contact you through Email/Whatsapp once the order is ready.
Note : For remote area and location with stairs (5 or more steps), surcharge may apply.
For items “Available on backorder”, shipping lead-time may varies depending on stock availability from our Italy suppliers (Brands: Arti & Mestieri and Lignis). It usually takes around 1-3 months if the items need to be shipped from Italy. Since all products of Arti & Mestieri and Lignis are handmade, extra production time may also be necessary.
