1. General
Thank you for visiting Artecrono website (the “Site”). By using our Services, such as browsing or placing orders on the Site, you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions (“T&C”) and authorize us to collect, use and store any information provided by you.
With your usage of the Site, you also explicitly agreed to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information in all respects. By placing any order, the customer(s) confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted these Terms.
Artecrono reserves the right to make any changes or any part of this T&C from time to time, as well as any transaction in our sole discretion.
2. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protect your personal data privacy and set out our privacy policy below (“Privacy Policy”).
We will abide by our Privacy Policy in collecting, using and safekeeping of your personal data. By using our services, you agree that we may collect, use and keep information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy and you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, you should terminate your use of the Site and our services.
2.1 Collection of personal data
You are not obligated to provide any information to us, but we may collect your personal data when you make purchase with us, register an account with us or when we provide other customer services to you. The personal data we collect from you may include your name, gender, date of birth, credit card details, address, email address, telephone number or other information about you. We may also collect certain data about your use of the Site such as log files, cookies, browser type and other computer or device information.
2.2 Use of personal data
Your personal data may be collected for, as applicable:
(a) processing your order including necessary arrangement of payment, delivery and warranty purposes;
(b) registration and management of your account;
(c) handling enquiries and providing services and products to you;
(d) other administration purposes;
(e) visitor experience enhancement;
(f) website statistics and traffic analytics;
(g) marketing services;
(h) events, contests, lucky draws and other promotion events; and
(i) meeting legal and regulatory requirement.
Your personal data may be kept in our system for as long as legally required for these purposes and then will be deleted.
You have the right to opt out of our direct marketing by informing us any time after we have collected your personal data.

You have the right to access, modify, correct any inaccuracies, or update your personal data or request to have your personal data removed from our database. We may charge a reasonable fee for any data access request.

We have in place security measures to safekeep your personal data against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use and any other unlawful forms of processing.

3. Registration
You may request to register an account to use some of the services available to you on the Site.
4. Prohibitions
We may take actions against you including the following, but not limited to
a) Using technical measures to affect our Services in any way;
b) Sending any kinds of advertising or marketing messages;
c) Posting any content(s) with unlawful, abusive, racial and ethnical material(s).
d) Starting of chain letters.
5. Intellectual Property
All software and “Content” are the intellectual property of Artecrono and are protected by copyright laws and international treaty. All trademarks, tradenames, brand names, logos, product names and titles, whether registered or unregistered, as used on the Site are intellectual properties owned by Artecrono or our third-party trademark or tradename holders. Unauthorized actions to distribute, reproduce and/or publish any Content from our Site may result in claims and criminal penalties.
6. Purchase Eligibility
To place orders with us, you must be aged 18 years or above. In placing an order with us, you authorize Artecrono to process charges on your credit/debit card for the total amount of purchase price of your order. You also authorize us to use your personal information for anti-fraud checks.
If you are under 18 and using our Services, you must have obtained the guardians’ approval before usage of the Site.
All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order price. Items in your shopping basket are only available until sold out and not reserved.
Artecrono reserves the right to only accept orders if you are aged 18 or above.
7. Product Descriptions
Artecrono will try to ensure that the product descriptions on the Site are complete and accurate. However, we do not guarantee that any Content and/or product descriptions are current or error-free from time to time.
8. Payment
We do accept payments through our designated online payment gateway for all orders.
Should you placing an order using any of the above payment methods, you confirm that the credit/debit card account used is yours or that you have been authorized by the owner to use it. Otherwise, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Prior to receive the full payment of your order, we will not be bind as the acceptance of your order.
Once your order accepted by us, the contract between you and Artecrono shall be concluded after we send you the order confirmation for your order acceptance.
9. Order Acceptance
Information on the Site is only an invitation to treat and is not an offer under contract law. Once you make an order on our Site, your order is an offer to purchase the Products listed in your order from Artecrono on these T&C for Artecrono’s acceptance.
Artecrono reserves its right not to accept an order for any reason in its sole discretion, should the product you ordered is out of stock, or sub-standards or we are unable to receive the relevant payment.
Our Customer Service team will contact you as soon as possible if we are unable to accept your order with your provided information.
10. Shipping and Collections
While we endeavour to make sure your goods shall be available at the earliest day possible, as the goods are made in Italy or other countries, shipping can take time. Unless stock is available in Hong Kong, it can take 1 to 3 months for delivery.
We would dispatch all ordered goods once available upon received of full payment. Or you may collect your order from our office with your order confirmation and your photo ID when the order is collected. If you not able to collect the products yourself, the collector’s photo ID together with your written authorization must be presented at order collection.
Once you or the collector signed on the receipt of the products at collection, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered afterward.
A Typhoon 8 or Rainstorm may cause a delay in the delivery of your order. You will be notified with the rescheduled delivery date and time of your order.
We will only deliver to addresses in Hong Kong. If you are ordering for delivery outside Hong Kong, please contact us first to confirm shipping costs and arrangements.
10.1 Acceptance of Products
When the product is delivered, please check your ordered product when you pickup your items or in the presence of Carrier, as applicable, to confirm the model, quantity, color, size and any damages. If you discover any shortfall, inconformity, obvious material or production defects or damage to the product, please notify us immediately. Any requested return or exchange shall be subject to the terms below in clause 12 “Return and Exchange”.
Most Artecrono products are hand made and may involve some imperfections. We are unable to accept returns or exchange for such cases.
11. Payment for Preordered Items
If you wish to purchase any item(s) that is out-of-stock or unavailable at present but available for pre-order (at Artecrono’s discretion), you may pre-order such product (“Pre-Ordered Item”) by placing a full purchase price at Artecrono store or this Site (as directed by Artecrono).
If any dispute arises about these T&C, Artecrono’s decision will be final.
12. Return and Exchange
No Returns
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. Please note that Artecrono reserves the right to refuse all returns.
If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take photos or video showing the damage, and contact us within 48 hours since receiving. For report beyond that, Artecrono is not liable for compensation or replacement and reserves all the rights for the final decision.
We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will send replacement after receiving the returned product. All costs involoved in returning the product is borne by the customer.
12.1 Damaged product
If your purchased products is damaged/faulty (for reasons not attributable to your negligence or willful act) we will provide a replacement (depending on stock availability) or a refund based on your preference, subject to our Returns Policy.
In such circumstances, you shall call us and send a picture of the damaged product and its packaging, clearly showing us the fault/damage to info@interplay.com.hk with the following information:
(a) your name;
(b) your order number;
(c) product name and code;
(d) description of the damage/fault; and
(e) your preference for a replacement item or refund.
13. Storage of Merchandise
13.1 Customer pickup from Artecrono
If you choose to pickup your products at our office, Artecrono will notify you about the Collection Date and the maximum storage period of your order is 30 days from the relevant Collection Date. Otherwise, you will be subject to a storage fees of HKD200/month.
For the avoidance of doubt, after the first 30 days of storage, storage fee will be charged on a monthly basis and storage fee for periods of storage under a month will not be prorated.
13.2 Delivery services
We ship to addresses within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macau Special Administrative Region. If you are ordering for delivery outside Hong Kong, please contact us first to confirm shipping costs and arrangements.
Customer shall bear the shipping costs for delivery services.
We will normally ship your order within 1-3 business days once the goods are available.
For commercial and residential areas in Hong Kong, normal expected delivery time is 1-5 business days from the day you order.
For outlying island areas and other remote districts in Hong Kong, normal expected delivery time is 3-6 business days from the day you order.
For Macau areas, normal expected delivery time is 4-7 business days.
Business days mean any days other than Sundays, public holidays and days on which a cyclone warning signal no. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning signal is issued in Hong Kong or similar adverse weather is issued in Macau.
Artecrono reserves the right to change or terminate these Terms for any reason without liability at any time.
14. Limitation of Liability
Neither Artecrono nor any of its affiliates, suppliers or service providers will be liable for any indirect, consequential, economical, special, exemplary or punitive damages of any kind under contract, tort or otherwise in connection with your use of the Site, any content or description of any product, the purchase, return or use of any products purchased from the Site.
Neither Artecrono nor any of its affiliates, suppliers, or service providers will be liable for damages of any kind resulting from your use of or inability to use the Site or from any content or description of any product posted on the Site or from the purchase or use of the products purchased through the Site, unless such damage is the result of any fraud or wilful misconduct on the part of Artecrono.
The maximum liability of Artecrono and its affiliates, suppliers, or service providers for all damages, losses and causes of action, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall not exceed HKD1,000.
The above limitations shall apply to the extent permitted under the relevant laws and regulations.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Terms and Condition, together with all our policies and procedures, are governed by and construed in accordance with Hong Kong SAR law. The Court of Hong Kong SAR will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute or claim associated with theseT&C.
