We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged.  Please note, Artecrono reserves the right to refuse all returns.

 If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take photos or video showing the damage, and contact us within 48 hours since receiving.  For report beyond that, Artecrono is not liable for compensation or replacement and reserves all the rights for the final decision.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will send replacement after receiving the returned product.  All costs involved in returning the product is borne by the customer.
