CRAFTSMANSHIP X ARTISTRY – ANTIQUE INLAY TECHNIQUE
WOOD INLAY TECHNIQUE
Step 1
0.6 mm thin veneers are chosen one by one basing on the grain characteristics and on the most suitable colors for every single product.
Step 2
With the precision of the laser cut the pieces of wood are cut out.
Step 3
The pieces of wood are joined together by hand, like a puzzle, respecting the sense of the wood grain.
Step 4
A back support is applied on the inlayed composition before it is pressed with a heating method.
Step 5
The surface is refined, polished and brushed by hand.
Step 6
A 3-coat paint is used for a natural, matt finish.
CRAFTSMANSHIP X ARTISTRY – STUCCO TECHNIQUE
Every single line of Leaves,
Skeleton and Marrakech is handcrafted by the particular stucco technique,
preciously embroidering a light and sinuous weave on the wood.
WOOD STUCCO TECHNIQUE
Step 1
0.6 mm thin veneers are chosen one by one basing on the grain characteristics and on the most suitable colors for every single product.
Step 2
The color of the plaster is created specifically for every single product, in order to obtain the best combination with the color of wood.
Step 3
3 coats of plaster are layed. Polishing and finishing touch of the surface by hand.
